1. Where We Ship
To ensure the highest quality service and fastest delivery, RIOUCBYLK currently focuses exclusively on our core markets in Ireland, Uk, Europe, the USA, and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach soon, but we do not yet offer delivery to the Switzerland, the UAE, Asia, or Africa.
2. Processing & Production Times
Every item at RIOUCBYLK is made to order.

Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel.

Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been custom printed and packed, our Express Shipping estimated delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: 7–14 business days.
- UK: 7-12 business days

EU Mainland: 7–14 business days.

USA: 7–14 business days.

Canada: 8–14 business days.
Please note: These timelines include both production and transit. These are estimates only; external factors such as postal service delays, customs processing, or extreme weather are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Customs & Duties: For orders within the EU, UK, USA, and Canada, you should not encounter surprise customs fees because we fulfill locally within those regions. However, any local provincial taxes or rare import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
RIOUCBYLK is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment hub due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

Check with neighbors or your local building manager.

Contact your local post office (An Post, USPS, or Canada Post).
