At RIOUCBYLK, every item is custom printed and embroidered specifically for you the moment you place an order. We offer a 14 day return window (in compliance with EU Consumer Rights) from the date you receive your item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because our items are custom embroidered to order, we can only accept cancellations or order changes within 1 hour of purchase. Once an item enters production with our manufacturing team, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. If you need to make an emergency change or cancel within this window, contact us immediately at info@rioucbylk.com.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your RIOUCBYLK items. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@rioucbylk.com with:

Your Order Number.

High quality photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Our Guarantee: If the error is ours (printing/embroidery defect, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent), we will send a replacement to you at zero cost, or offer a full refund. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us in these cases.
2. Returns & "Change of Mind"
Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
To be eligible for a return (where applicable), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In accordance with EU law, customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated facility.

To start a return under this cooling-off period, you must contact us at info@rioucbylk.com for authorisation.
4. Return Address & Process
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: Do not send returns to our Dublin office address or the "return address" listed on the package mailing label without contacting us first. Our team will provide you with the correct localised return address for your region (Ireland/EU, UK, USA, or Canada) to ensure your refund is processed.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service first. RIOUCBYLK is not responsible for items lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If the package is lost in transit (tracking never reaches "Delivered"), contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
